Luna is the worst company to order carpet from! Order carpet for 3 bedrooms in March 2016. 1 bedroom was s lighter color than the other two , but order same carpet. Two of the bedrooms is clearly the wrong carpet. They were all supposed to be the same plushness and two were extremely flat! There answer was to vacuum carpet 4 to 5 times s week for 120 days and see if that pulls the fibers up! Just what I wanted to do if vacuum my new carpet every... Read more

My carpet was installed on time how ever my carpet is not holding up to the carpet that I had replaced ( which was 16 years old) I should have kept my old carpet I have everywhere matted carpet it looks terrible I have shampooed it and taken pictures for Luna bt they will not stand behind there product. SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM GO SOME WHERE ELSE. Trust me there prices are not even cheaper I should have... Read more

Day 1-carpet install no show. Called all day for updates and each time was put on hold for 25 minutes then disconnected. Finally corporate answered and assured me the carpet would come the following day. Day 2, Saturday- installers show up with grey carpet, I ordered brown. I had my carpets installed in the Summer of 2012. Since then Luna has come back to re-stretch every room because of bubbling. It happened again and I have been chasing them since May of 2016 to come and honor their warranty. They keep you on hold for an hour or more every time you call them. A company should never insult their customers-or hassle them when they have a right to cancel-This was my experience. I called to cancel my carpet order the next day and I was treated badly, hassle to get a manager and when I did get a manager, he only talked about how I responded to his customer service person but not the reason I responded the way I did. She was really rude, I asked him to listen to the recording. He never asked a question... Read more

I called this company and they sent the representative out, and he gave me a price, and I asked for a day to think about it... The General manager called, and left a lower price, on my recorder.. He said he had to discuss it with his salesman.. And will call right back and he now will not answer the phone.. I asked for a quote from Luna. After a seasoned sales pitch led to a quote for which I was forced to put down a deposit "to secure the quote", I found a better product, local installer and needed to cancel. I was promised I could do this without any trouble as long as i did it within 3 days. So what did you do? I'm in the same position, and am at the end of my rope! I am on my 4th go-round where they come out and fix the floor, only for it to last 8-10 months and buckle again IN THE SAME PLACE. Think they should perhaps fix it ANOTHER WAY??? Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Installer did not show up. 5 calls over course of 4 hours and no one at Luna could reach the installer, put me in touch with a manager or give me any answers. In the end, I still have a 2 year old carpet that is buckling and looks terrible, with another day of being put on hold for hours ahead of me. Read more
