Installers came didnt seem ibterestex in doing job. They left. Got call saying they couldnt do job because it was raining. Thats bull! Was only drizzle they had to move a few things and i think thats why they made excuses! Not happy with Luna or its service! I moved everything i could to be ready for i stall and then i get the bull *** story!

I had new engineered floors installed. I recently moved all of my furniture and one of the boards were cut too short. Most of the trim in kitchen that was nailed is no longer nailed down. I called 2x to file a service call and NO ONE calls me back. Had the floors less then a year. Ridiculous

This is WORST COMPANY EVER Do NOT USE AT ANY COST. Our hardwood, which is two years old, LOOKS TERRIBLE. Dull and blotchy, have tried everything. Had a product control person cone WHO AGREED WITH ME but Luna says I can replace the floors at my cost, it's not their fault. Again RUN DO NOT WALK FROM THIS COMPANY
