We ordered carpet for 4 rooms in Oct but asked to have it installed Dec 5th due to work schedules. When we called they didn't have our order but charged our credit card. Our salesman, who was great had our information after many disconnects and frustrated calls. So he had to come back out to verify carpet and measurements. Worst company I've ever dealt with. They have ruined my Thanksgiving as well as not caring about their customers at all. Luna has proven to be a company I would never recommend or use again. The experience I have had has been most upsetting. I have documented most everything. Bad bad company. I ordered my carpet in April they came out 5 times and by labor day i still did not have my carpet. Luna carpet. The biggest liars out there. Tell you one thing and install another. Even there installers say there carpet and flooring are junk. Tried to get them to help no luck. Just the run around.
