I can't believe it. I paid for my carprt in advance so that when it arrives no payment would be required.
The installation people called to confirm the date & indicated I have a C.O.D. Unbelievable and I allegedly spoke with 4 different managers who can't seem to resolve the issue. The carpet is suppose to be delivered this Saturday. I don't know if they will resolve ii before Saturday.
If not I want a full refund & would not refer Luna to anyone. For the record Luna & Empire are the same company.
