Our experience was Luna Flooring was miserable! Our flooring project began in September 2012 and it is still an ongoing unresolved issue.

We have opened (and now reopened) our BBB complaint. The issues ranged from poor work, not enough material sent, damaged property (in several places), no and bad communications, promised refunds (never sent) and ON and ON and ON.... If you want more information, pictures, names etc... happy to provide.

We have reached out to every contact name we can obtain for Luna, and they have done NOTHING and are not even returning our calls. All we want is closure and what they promised us.
