They confirmed and then no show..promised again and no show.

Supervisor was not responsive and will answer phone now..

Cost me $$ to have staff available and move furniture..

Do not use LUNA..

Should have read other reviews before calling company..

Why would they call to confirm and not show?? Then say they would be there and not show again and then the office staff said we were not on schedule??

Please avoid these people

I need 100 words, but there is nothing more to say..we lost time and $$ and they could care less..asking for a little response
