We had planned for hardwood flooring to be installed on two rooms as well as carpet to be replaced on our stairs. We had done all the necessary planning and scheduled Saturday to do the work.

We had been preparing the rooms all week to get the work done on Saturday. Finally Saturday arrives and rooms are all ready to have the hardware flooring installed. We even received two calls on Friday in preparation from Luna. We also receive calls on Saturday morning saying that the installers would be coming from 9:00 - 12:00pm but no one shows up.

We call Luna and they say that the installation has been cancelled with no explanation as to why.

We were very frustrated to say the least as we had to spend a lot of time to prepare for the event. Lesson's learned - be veryyyy careful when scheduling any work with Luna.
